Plan and subscription

Three plans, one principle: the plan decides which models you can use and how much credit renews monthly. It never decides how good the answers are.

The plans

• Free: the smaller models with a fixed monthly allowance. No payment method required.
• Pro: every model unlocked, a monthly credit included.
• Ultra: every model, a larger monthly credit for heavy use.

Current prices and included credit are on the pricing page. On every paid plan your monthly credit renews automatically at the start of each billing month, and unused plan credit rolls into the next month as long as the plan is active.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately: the new plan is billed prorated for the remaining month and the model unlock applies on the spot. Useful mid-month when you hit the ceiling of your current plan.

Downgrading and cancelling

Both take effect at the end of the paid period; until then you keep the higher plan. There is no minimum term. After cancelling, remaining purchased credit stays yours: only the monthly plan refill stops. See Credit and invoices for how the two kinds of credit differ.

When the monthly credit runs out

Requests pause until the next renewal, unless you top up purchased credit, which is spent when plan credit is exhausted. The chat and API return a clear "credits exhausted" message rather than failing silently.

Teams

A team plan puts several people on one shared credit pot with per-member budgets, paid by one owner. That setup has its own page: Team and organization.
