Memory
By default, every conversation starts blank. Memory is the opt-in exception: once enabled, kral keeps a small set of durable facts about you and provides them to the model in new conversations.
Enabling it
Open settings, go to Personalization, and switch memory on. It stays off until you do.
What gets remembered
A background step scans conversations for facts worth keeping: your preferred languages and tools, your role, ongoing projects, standing preferences like "answer in English" or "keep code comments short". Small, durable facts, not transcripts.
Viewing and editing
The personalization settings list every stored memory in plain text. You can edit entries, delete single ones, or wipe the list. You can also tell the model directly in a chat, "remember that ..." or "forget that ...".
What memory is not
- It does not store whole conversations. Your history is searchable separately.
- It is not used in temporary chats: those neither read nor write memories.
- It is never shared. Memories belong to your account.
Turning it off
Switch memory off in personalization settings at any time. Existing memories stop being injected; delete them if you want them gone entirely.
