Credit and invoices
Everything you do in kral is paid from credit on your account. There are two kinds, and the difference matters:
Plan credit vs. purchased credit
- Plan credit comes with Pro and Ultra and renews monthly. It rolls over into the next month while your plan is active, and ends when the subscription ends.
- Purchased credit comes from one-time top-ups. It never expires, survives plan changes and cancellations, and is available instantly after purchase.
Both live on the same account and are spent automatically: plan credit first, purchased credit when the plan credit is exhausted. The dashboard shows both pots separately, so you always know what renews and what is yours permanently.
Topping up
Top up on the dashboard starts a one-time purchase, no subscription involved. Payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Card and wallet payments credit immediately; bank transfers credit when the payment arrives, and the checkout shows transfer instructions you can return to any time.
Vouchers
Got a voucher code? Redeem voucher on the dashboard credits it like a top-up: it becomes purchased credit and never expires.
Invoices
Every purchase produces a tax-compliant PDF invoice, listed in the dashboard under payments. Invoices use your billing address; add a company name and VAT ID there and B2B invoices within the EU apply reverse charge automatically. Currency follows your billing country.
Watching consumption
The usage log lists every single request with model, token counts, exact price, and its source (an API key by name, or Web for the chat). If you want guard rails on API spending, give each key a daily or monthly limit: you are warned at 75 percent before anything stops.
